Art and Design Technology:

Art and DT are alternated across the year, and each year group is inspired by a wide range of artists and designers, from EYFS to Year 6.

Our curriculum offers pupils a unique way of perceiving themselves and the world.  They have an insight into designing and making products with the opportunity to evaluate their completed creations and compositions.  

We want our children to be creative in their artistic compositions and also to consider how clever design can impact the wider world.  Topics are chosen carefully throughout the school to give the children the chance to learn new skills and techniques and to develop their knowledge in how to use materials to create different pieces.
